1. ‘Coz I’m A RockSTAR

OOTD - Top: Landmark | Pants: HotKiss | Shawl: sister’s | camera necklace: Rustan’s | star necklace: St. Francis Square

Finally wore my star printed sleeveless top I mentioned on my recent haul. I super love stars so, this was an instant purchase right off the rack! The shawl (used as a wrap-around) was just a last minute addition to my outfit ‘cause even though I live in a tropical country, for some reason, I easily feel cold.

  2. 127 Hours

Hi! I watched 127 Hours at Promenade, Greenhills (my second home these days haha) earlier today. The movie was great by the way! Worth its Oscar nominations. I love its cinematography, simply the best! I don’t like to be a spoiler so, I won’t say much! Go, go watch it now :)

Now, onto the outfit. I really don’t know if it was summer vibe or winter vibe I was aiming for this look HAHA! Safe to say it was cold inside the moviehouse, but the opposite once outside. I really ought to buy a new pair of stockings. Though this one has been used twice only, but look at the ugly lines it has now. Know of any good store to buy one? Let me know!

    Almost Friday, folks! YAY!

  4. Here’s to goodbye, tomorrow’s gonna come too soon!

    Pre-Graduation Rehearsal (Feb 2)

Hats off with my course-mates! After the baccalaureate mass. (kala mo graduate na e, no? haha practice lang yan :P)

Before class picture taking. BS Commerce major in Marketing Management reprezeent (L-R: Gelo, Jamie, Hannah, Cherry, Loi, Me, Aiko, Anje)

Dress bought from Celine! It went on sale in Shang (from around Php 1,000 to 500, I think)… but then I realized I have way too many floral dresses already. One of those “I-thought-I-saved-but-the-purchase-isn’t-really-worthy” moments.

    Recognition Rites (Feb 3)

Graduated Honorable Mention in my batch. Parents weren’t able to come, but it’s okay… not that big of an award anyway. It’s not like I’m Summa or anything HAHA! But, don’t get me wrong, I’m so happy I even got this award!

That day was a disaster, me having no dress to wear (since I didn’t know the recognition rites will be separate from Feb 2 activities). Luckily, I found this dress I bought from Forever 21 which I never got to wear again until now. And that cheap stockings I mentioned before, plus my CMG peep-toe shoes. Problem solved. HAHA.

    Graduation (Feb 5)

My mom didn’t know how to zoom in, but trust me… that’s me! :P

With my thesismates!!! L-R: Aiko, Me, Hannah, Anje.

What was beneath the overly large toga? This Mango dress I mentioned here which I also bought on sale last January. I liked how playful the stripes are and the draping infront! It only costs Php 2,000 for a Mango dress, big YAY for a frugal me! Shoes from Parisian, which surprisingly I find very comfortable even after standing for almost an hour!

I’M OFFICIALLY DONE WITH COLLEGE! I am… happy, sad, excited, scared all at the same time! It still seems surreal to me — I’m still half-heartedly slowly processing the thought of being a graduate. I surely will miss everything! From this point on, I do not know where to go. At least when we graduated from high school, going to college is the most logical next step to do. But, what after college? Sure, getting employed is my top priority now. But with job openings getting lesser than the job seekers, would I get lucky? Oh crazy thoughts, must stop now.

(More photos next entry… this will do for now!) Happy weekend, you guys! :)

  5. Buttons Up!

Sunday is my favorite part of the week! But Saturday was also an eventful day — met up with my girls to watch Love and Other Drugs. I’m still disturbed by the many naked scenes of Anne Hathaway and Jake Gyllenhaal. Soooo, notice the ring? Bought it recently for just Php 80.00! I’m really loving rings right now! =) Okay, stop, I’m jumping from one topic to another.

Btw, I have a new tumblr blog — Foodies Haven. As the blog name suggests, it would be all about food! I decided to separate my food posts into a totally different blog just because I’m O.C. like that. Haha kidding =P I just created it today so, it’s still kind of bare right now. But feel free to follow it (if you have a Tumblr). I’ll be posting about Bubble Tea restaurant in a bit.
