The Thrifty Closet

Went condo-hopping two days ago with my ‘rents to help my cousin find a “home away from home” for her unica hija who’ll be studying here in Manila (Enderun) next year.

My dad and I headed to Starbucks because we were getting tired of waiting by the car and both of us were hungry. Thank goodness, I think I missed breakfast that day! Upon coming back, the consultant was there finally! To my surprise, he’s a cute young guy so he’s forgiven! LOL.

Two-bedroom for a whooping 12 million pesos!!! 10 million if in cash. By golly. Should she take it? It’s the last unit available! Luckily we were given another option. To wait for the final construction of another condo (also near Enderun) by June 2011. A much lower rate for a studio type — around 3 million if I remember it right. 

Also, we were toured in their showroom (other projects around McKinley). I’m impressed by the interiors of each rooms he showed us! I wish our condo (yes, I live in a condo btw) looked like that too! I suddenly wanted to be an interior designer HAHAHA!
